Today was the first annual Jazz Day at Ridgeline Elementary. As you can see, my classroom was dressed to the gills in Jazz colors, logos, flags, banners, and posters. The students all dressed in blue, light blue, or purple (well most of them did, some of the troublemakers chose not to). Jason told me not to I force the kids to be Jazz fans, but it looks like I'm doing a dang good job of it.

As a Utah taxpayer, I am grateful to know that we have educators like Jeff, who are working hard to teach our youth the important things in life. The skills learned in his classroom will have a life long impact.
Knowing our state, I would doubt that teachers spent any of our tax dollars on such frivolities. The fact that Jeff probably paid for these out of his pocket truly demonstrates dedication to his brainwashing campaign.
I still remember my 2nd grade teacher who was just as obsessed with the Jazz as Jeff is. Miss Harper was a great (big) woman who claimed to have been a swimsuit model (shudder). She has left a lasting impression on me as I'm sure Jeff will on all his kids.
Does that mean they will shudder at my huge physique?
