As I look back on the past week of travels across the country I can't help but realize that we are undoing what our pioneer fathers accomplished-we left Zion and went back to the Midwest to be more successful in life. We aren't the pioneers they were, everything we did was the opposite: instead of killing our own food and seeing wild animals we stopped at "Cabella's" in Nebraska and looked at dead animals and ate free crackers. Moreover, we ate enough fast-food to make Jeff sick. It should be no surprise that the kitchen was the first to be set up in our new house. We have been cooking ever since. At times, more than three meals a day. There's something reassuring about knowing what is being cooked in your food and where the hands have been that prepare it. In retrospect, I suppose we're not that far from our pioneer heritage; I love a nice home cooked meal.
As a toast to the fast food industry's ability to sustain our transient America, please enjoy the following.

This post kinda reminds me of a Seinfeld episode - everything comes together at the end. So I started looking at it even closer and realized it was written in classic chiasmus structure! And the focal point? Fast-food. Awesome...well, I'm off to Taco Bell.
Sorry Brandon, I tried to read this but was too distracted by the four whoppers I was inhaling.
Stay away from the fast food! For the love of all that's holy! I have been battling food poisoning from a Burger King for 5 days now and I am praying for death!
